Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how and when your order reaches you.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.
Delivery times
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Express delivery takes 1–3 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on customs.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping is free on orders over $75. Below that, rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery option you choose.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your parcel leaves us, and you can follow your order any time under My orders.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your set arrives damaged or has not turned up within 14 days of dispatch, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.
